Routine service costs $95-$325 CAD depending on your province, before GST/HST. That is the process server's fee plus one flat $35 service fee per job. Your request shows the total range first, and the exact price once a verified process server accepts.
How the price is built
One formula. A defined scope.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your price is the process server's fee, plus any add-ons you choose, plus a flat $35 service fee per file - one per job, however many add-ons. GST/HST is added by the province of the service address.

What does routine service include?
One person at one address, up to three attempts on different days and at different times, within 25 km driving distance of the nearest courthouse, and the first 15 printed pages shared once across everyone in the request. How is the price calculated?
Your price is the process server's fee, plus any add-ons you choose, plus a flat $35 service fee per file - one per job, however many add-ons. GST/HST is then added by the province of the service address, as its own line at checkout.
Why do I see a range before I submit?
Process servers set their own fee inside a range we set for each province. Until one accepts your job, your request shows the lowest and highest total you could pay. The exact price shows once a process server accepts, and it is never above the top of the range.
What are the add-on prices?
Rush $40–$75, same-day $75–$125 and another person at the same address $40–$60. The process server sets each one inside its range. A mailed original affidavit is a fixed $25.
What if the address is far from the courthouse?
Beyond 25 km from the nearest courthouse, mileage is added: the driving distance beyond 25 km, counted both ways, at the process server's per-kilometre rate (between $0.85 and $3.00 a km). Very remote addresses are priced by quote.
What is not routine service?
A stakeout, an evasive person, skip tracing and an address that cannot be priced by distance need extra work: more than 150 km from the nearest courthouse, a ferry-only, fly-in or winter-road place, or a place we could not measure. Request a quote for those.
How does printing work?
First 15 printed pages across everyone in one request are included once; then $0.30 per additional page Pages are counted from the PDF you upload.
Is the affidavit sworn before a commissioner?
Yes. The server has the affidavit sworn before a commissioner for taking affidavits (or a notary public) before uploading it, so the copy in your dashboard is ready to file.
How are GST and HST worked out?
GST/HST follows the province of the service address and is added at checkout as its own line, at that province's rate, on the whole price including the service fee. It is shown on the payment page before you pay and on your receipt, together with our GST/HST number. The prices on this page do not include it.
When do I pay?
Only after a verified process server accepts your job. You pay by card, and the payment is held until the job closes.
