How Toronto-area work is offered
Looking for process server jobs Toronto? Canadian Process Server offers independent contractors work when client requests match an approved server’s province, coverage, accepted job types and availability. We do not promise a number of Toronto jobs, hours or weekly earnings.
You choose the cities and service radius you can cover, set your fee within the current Ontario range, and decide whether each offer fits. The offer shows the payout before acceptance. Check the exact address, service type, deadline and expected work; Toronto-area travel time and costs can vary by route and time.
What the work involves
A job may require careful review of documents and instructions, visits on separate days, accurate field notes and evidence, and affidavit completion. Follow the applicable court and document rules. Do not assume that the method or deadline for one matter applies to another. Keep each client’s documents private and separated.
If you are new, experience can be entered as zero on the application. A person reviews applications; approval is required before accepting jobs. Government-issued photo ID is required at signup. Licence or registration documents and insurance are optional in the application, while location-specific qualifications can still apply to particular assignments.
Set a realistic coverage area
A car may make a wider radius practical, but you can select an area that works with transit or another reliable way to reach accepted addresses. Consider parking, travel time, operating costs and your availability before choosing. Do not accept work whose deadline or location you cannot responsibly manage.
Our Ontario service-area information lists Toronto among the province’s cities, but that is coverage information, not a guarantee that a server or offer is available at a given address. No city-specific rate or turnaround is promised here.
Understand the payout
You set your routine fee inside the current province range. Each offer shows your payout, including any eligible add-ons, before you accept. The separate $35 Service fee is paid by the client and is not deducted from your payout. Fees can change, so rely on the current offer rather than a copied price or a client’s total.
